Our Finance Team comprises experienced individuals from the financial community. They concentrate on all issues of corporate finance that add substantial value to the portfolio companies.

Due Diligence:
Performing of full standard professional financial due diligence before MAESTRI - INVESTMENTS invests, i.e. reviewing the financial part of the business plan and the assumptions for the budget and P&L plan, organization and coordination of audits etc; term sheets and legal documents.

Monitoring of Investments:
Assisting portfolio companies in establishing, controlling and reporting structures on an international level -Hiring CFOs and Controllers for portfolio companies; supporting portfolio companies in administration of grants and other soft money.

Special Tasks:
Structuring and coordinating acquisitions/mergers for portfolio companies -Coordinating follow-on financing rounds.
